Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items:

Products showing signs of use, modification, or damage caused by misuse.

Items returned after 30 days from delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before returning it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, etc.).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
